Stampin’ Up! Idea Room

on Aug 9th 2010

Visiting Stampin' Up!'s home office was a highlight on my recent trip to convention.  Especially since my downline and I were given the opportunity for a VIP tour!   One of the best highlights is their idea rooms – check out these highlights!

 Isn't it amazing what can be done with Stampin' Up! products, a little paper or fabric?   (Fabrice – yep check it out!   Coming soon to the mini catalog near you!)  While I have a great desk – the one in the picture looks soooo inviting!  The fireplace just speaks to me of relaxed time with a cup of tea and a nice warm fireplace.  The bedroom – hmmmm, my niece just painted her walls pink – I think I need to encourage her to try ou the flower touches – they look so great!  I hope you feel as inspired as I do when I see pics like this!

on Aug 7th 2010

Check out these adorable creations!  Don't you wish you were in one of my hostess clubs so that you could have made them for free?  I always have room for more so, come and check it out!

Just Believe – a great new stamp set!  Check it out on page    .   One of the best qualities of this stamp set is that you can use it for feminine or masculine cards.  Plus it has some greetings with it.  You will find this stamp set available in clear and wood mount.  Other adorables on this card include;

  • Presto Patterns specialty paper (I brayered it in certainly celery)   p
  • Blushing Bride cardstock and ribbon (it's one of the In Colors for this 2 year period!)  p
  • BEST new accessories!   Half back pearls. . . they are complete with a glue dot on the back – SO easy to use!

If you haven't yet – you really need to order the pearl and rhinestone embellishments.  You will find them on p    of the catalog.

Order here!

This is my favorite new embossing folder – ONLY $7.95!   See the embossing folders on p    .   This one is called Elegant Lines.  Here I have paired it with the Perfect Punches stamp set  (p     ).   This stamp set is worth checking out for the variety of greetings and the usability with our punches.  The colors I used on this care are Soft Suede and Baja Breeze.   You can't see it but, I also spritzed this card with the champagne mist shimmer paint -   ohhhh lalala!

Convention Fun

on Aug 5th 2010

More convention fun!   One of the highlights was being able to go to the home office and pack orders!  It was so cool to have this VIP priviledge!  Above you can see one of my downline, Tatiana – she had a blast!  You can also see Tatiana, Beth and I sitting on stage. . . It was Beth's first time and boy did she have a good time!  Missing from all of these photos is Laura – somehow we missed her in the pics.  The picture of the foursome are some of my bestest Stampin' Up! friends – Lisa (Virginia), Tami (Boston) and Cheryl (Florida).  Stampin' Up! has given me the opportunity to have cherished friendships from across the country.  What a great perk for a great part-time job!
