Happy Easter Everybunny!
BJ on Mar 24th 2012

Wouldn't you love to have this cute little box to hold your Easter treats? I saw something very similar on Pinterest and had to modify it just a bit for me. It's sooooo stinkin cute!!!! Here's what I used to make the box – or base for the bunny;
Cardstock & Ink; Pretty in Pink, Certainly Celery, Bashful Blue, Basic Black, Soft Suede ink, Black Stampin' Write marker
Dies: Scallop Circle, Fancy Favor box (it's in between 2 scallop circles – you have to cut the box down to a 2 1/4" height)
Punches: Itty Bitty punches (for banner) and square (makes the banner tails)
Here's my punch sheet for the bunny

Lots of punches! Punches are like the Energizer Bunny – they keep on going and creating, and going and so on! Stay tuned for more fun projects in the next week – cuteness is on the way. Check back daily so that you don't miss a thing!
Blessings!

Have you found Pinterest yet? If not, warning – that an upcoming addiction may be coming your way! I found an idea similar to this on Pinterest and of course had to make one my way. The "carrot" is simply a sour cream type container filled with candies. Of course, I had to texturize, add a greeting and the carrot top.
Can't you just picture these on your Easter table? I can see a basket of carrots by my front door too! I'll have to make sure that Barlow doesn't think they are for him though.
Blessings!

Easter Bunny Box
BJ on Mar 3rd 2011

Isn't he so stinkin' cute!!!! I had made a bunny like this last year and didn't like the sizing of him. . . now that Stampin' Up! has more circle dies, I know I had to try again. Lots of Big Shot and punches go into making him. These items are really must haves and staples for your crafting projects. You can never go wrong with either purchase! Just imagine having him sitting out on Easter morning with treats in for your family! There will be many oohhs and ahhhs over this cute guy!
Let's talk about what he's made of;
Box:
- Pear Pizzaz cardstock as well as a strip of DSP from the Vintage Sweet collection in the Occasions Mini Catalog
- Scallop Envelope Die 113462 on page 206 in the IB & C (Idea Book & Catalog). You'll need to cut 4 of them and put them together in a box fashion

Bunny
- Head is from the 3" circle die in the occasions mini catalog.
- Ears are made from 2 punches; Wide Oval and Large oval
- Eyes are from 2 punches; 3/4" circle and 1/4" circle (part of the Itty Bitty Shapes punch pack)
- Nose is the Heart to Heart Punch
- Feet use 2 punches and a crop a dile; Large oval, medium oval from holiday mini – it's still available and the toes are from the punch made with the large hole punch area on the crop a dile.
On the homefront, I'm off to Mesa Arizona for a few days. . . . hopefully as you read this. I will try and post some updates. Keep checking back as I hope to post some fun things – including the gorgeous ideas shared at club this week. Hmmmm Hmmmm.
Blessings!
Easter Basket
BJ on Mar 25th 2010
Here are my Easter baskets this year. . . using the scallop square and the Big Shot of course! Don't you love it! Just too stinkin' cute! The flower is made out of fleece and is cut from the clear Flower die.
My craft room is in a bit of an upheavel as I am getting new cabinets. You won't want to miss the BIG reveal at Club nights April 6 and 7 (I hope!) I'm excited about the new cabinets but the mess is driving me crazy!
There are surprises in the works for the Big reveal (a new technique, great promotion, fun fun fun!) So, don't miss it!!!!

Are you thinking about your Easter cards yet? This is from the set called Abundant Hope from the Occastions Mini Catalog (p 24). It is really designed for an Easter card – but here you'll see another way to combine it with the Only Ovals set (a must have!) for a thank you card. The Abundant Hope set comes with it's own greetings;
- Easter Blessings
- Rejoicing with you in the abundant mercy and hope of Christ the Lord
This card was designed by my downline Sue Hood – I love the contrast of the colors and the texture she created in the background by using the texturz plates.
We are winding down to the last few weeks of Sale-a-Bration. . .think ahead and order your Easter card and project stamp sets today – while you get the Sale-a-Bration freebies!
