Mom & Me Valentines Class

on Feb 1st 2011

There is nothing more precious than time spent with your kids being creative.  I have some great memories of crafting with my mom (oh I miss her so).  The downside was the "snippets" that ended up on the floor – my mom always made me pick them up!  With Valentines day coming up, are you thinking of a project or two that you'd like to be creating with your child?  Check out my Mom & Me Valentine class. . . you'll make 25 Valentines with your child – and leave all the snippets behind for me to pick up!

Here are 4 of the 5 Valentines we will be making. . . . the kids will LOVE them!   You'll go home with 25 Valentines and envelopes. (no snippets!), 5 each of 5 designs.  I will have everything cut and ready to go for you. . . . nothing but great mom and kid time!

I still have a couple of openings left. . . so RSVP now if you want them!

Blessings to all!

Valentine #4

on Feb 4th 2010

Here is version #4 – and a very important one!   This one uses the I Heart Hearts stamp set – and you can make a difference for Haiti by purchasing this stamp set as $2 from each stamp set will go to disaster relief.  Stampin' Up! has raised over $13,000 so far! Help Stampin' Up! double that figure by Feb 28.

This card was one of the projects at my club this month.  It uses several punches;  Full Heart, Heart to Heart, Heart border and wide oval.  This stamp set is so cool because the full heart and the heart to heart punch match up to the stamps in this set!  You'll also notice that I used a piece of the Sending Love DSP (a fav!) and the dot to dot embossing folder (another fav!)  This card was inspired by Meg Loven.

Remember to vote for your favorite on Friday – only 1 day away!

Valentine Inspirations #3

on Feb 3rd 2010

Bling – is a girls best friend and this card has it!  You need to get your hand on the Love you Much Designer series paper – it has built in bling!   The top part of the card (stripped portion) is the bridemaid specialty paper – yum yum!  New satin ribbon, heart embosslet and whimsical words finish this card off well!

As the title suggests, this is installment #3. . . remember to check back every day this week for a new idea.   On Friday, you'll want to vote for your favorite.

Happy Stamping!
