Welcome to the Creative Inking Blog Hop! This month our theme is "Color My World" featuring any type of coloring! I am featuring 2 coloring techniques for your viewing pleasure; Re-inker background and Watercolor pencils!
Check out this super adorable baby card! Imagine it as an Easter card too! It uses the Basket Bunch stamp set with a greeting from That's the Tag stamp set. You are going to LOVE how I created the background! But, first check out these cute little bunnies!
I colored these bunnies with the watercolor pencils and the Pink Pirouette Stampin Write marker. Let me tell you about the amazing watercolor pencils!
- so blendable! they are sooo soft and so easily blendable with a Blender Pen or AquaPainter
- 13 high quality pencils in Stampin' Up! colors! create various shades of the colors depending on how much pencil you apply.
- they are obviously so fabulous that they are selling out. Currently they are available but, shortly they will be un order able until another shipment comes in. Get yours while you can! #141709
So, check out the details on how to make this background!
I hope you give this technique a try! Post your creations for us all to see! Now, hop on to the next blog for more color inspiration!

Thanks Linda! XO!
What cute baby bunny twins! Thanks for sharing your sweet card
I remember this technique from my early stamping days! I haven’t done it in forever though, as I remember it being a glossy paper technique, and then the glossy paper retired. But, I’m gonna have to pull this up from my archives too 🙂
