Welcome to the Creative Inking Blog Hop. The theme this month is Occasions & Sale-a-Bration sneak peek. I’m featuring the Beautiful Day Stamp set from Stampin’ Up!’s Occasions catalog. It features bold line art images that lend itself to a number of different techniques – something I always look at when I purchase a stamp set.
Actually, I didn’t purchase this stamp set, It was one that I won as a prize patrol at Stampin’ Up!’s convention in November in Salt Lake City. Bonus! I love the big butterfly and I absolutely LOVE how it stands out with the bold vibrant colors created by coloring with the Stampin’ Blends.
Check out the shimmerific detail with the Wink of Stella on the butterfly. I love how Stampin’ Blends accentuate the greeting. The last detail is the Simple Strips embossing folder. This folder has impressed me with the deepness of the texture and I can’t wait to use it on more projects!
I can’t wait for you to be able to order from the Occasions catalog! Remember, if you have been my customer in the past year, I have mailed a catalog to your door! I will be able to post the catalog on January 3. If you want to become one of my customers so you get the catalogs, send me an email! You can start your wish list here.
Here are some other sneak peeks that I have posted! There are more to come. . . stay tuned!

Thanks Linda!
Beautiful card, BJ!
Thanks Susan!
That butterfly is very bold! Forgot about the TIF – I thought you made the lines by scoring! TFS!
Melanie, thanks for the comment. The textured embossing folder is new and in the Occasions catalog. I love the deep textured lines!
Very nice
Thanks Diane!
I’m a new demonstrator so I am learning as much as I can from fellow demonstrator whom I find and love their style of card making. Would love to follow your post or receive your e-mails
