May Good Things Grow Paper Pumpkin kit is my all time FAV!!!! You are going to find out just how much I loved it because, I am giving you a heads up right now that there are a whole big bunch of samples to inspire you in this post! Grab a cup of coffee and prepare to be WOW’d!
This first one is just simply one of my fav’s. It uses the die cuts and cardbase layers included in the kit. The only thing I added to the kit supplies is the Crumb Cake cardbase and a Fresh Fig layer behind the Flirty Flamingo designer series paper.
And if you can believe it, this is one of the last ones I made with a few of the scraps left. The flower die cut came on a bigger piece and I just simply cut off the excess on the outside. I used the Labels to Love framelits to die cut the Fresh Fig printed paper. That paper actually comes from the inside of the lined envelopes included in the kit. And the cardbase layer is actually the outside of the envelope.
This card front also came from the front of one of the envelopes. It’s adorable! I added the Powder Pink cardbase. The greeting and label are part of the kit as is the Flirty Flamingo strip behind the label. Simple.
This one uses a Crumb Cake cardbase. I added an Early Espresso layer behind the printed cardstock from the kit. The remainder of the pieces come from the kit. Another very easy card.
Here is the full die cut that I cut apart for the second card I shared. The cardbase is Powder Pink and I used the Burlap stamp to add a little interest to the background. Love that touch.
This is one of my favs!!!! You’ll find the Fresh Fig ribbon in the kit – and lots of it! The intricacy of the Very Vanilla die cut label is appealing. If you look at the Lemon Lime Twist scallop piece on the far right side of the card and wonder where that came from – it is the inside of the envelope and the scallop flap closure.
At the Spring Fling Retreat, I featured a Z fold card. . . and I wanted to find a way to incorporate into 1 card the 2 envelope patterns that I love. This card does just that!
The dimensions for this card are;
- Cardbase is Crumb Cake 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ scored & folded at 2 1/8″ and 4 1/4″.
- front & middle – 1 7/8″ x 5 1/4″
- back – 4″ x 5 1/4″
