April Card Buffet Theme – Designer Series Paper

Here are some of the cards that were on this months menu.  Which of these cards would be your favorite?

Whole Lot of Lovely, Lots of Love, Stampin' Up!, BJ Peters

There’s Lots of Love with this card.  The designer series paper is the Whole Lot of Lovely Designer Series Paper.  I paired it with the Lots of Love stamp set.  It is a very easy card layout but it packs a punch with the bolder colors.  Remember that we will most likely see most of these designer series papers retire when that retiring list comes out on Monday April 9. Whole Lot of Lovely, Stampin' Up!, BJ Peters, StampinBJ.com

What I love about this paper is that it has a wide variety of colors and patterns.  Thus I can make baby, masculine, feminine and well most any kind of card in this one pack of paper.

Sweet Soiree Specialty Designer Series Paper

Cake Soiree, Sweet Soiree, BJ Peters, StampinBJ.com

This beautiful and super easy card features the Sweet Soiree Specialty Designer Series paper.  This paper has silver accents making it even more bold and lovely!   This layout features a 3″ x 4″ piece of this lovely cardstock which is a great size to use when cutting your paper – you’ll get 12 cards from 1 piece of paper!

Sweet Soiree, Cake Soiree, Stampin' Up!, BJ Peters

I love the bright bold colors in this paper. . . and you can match it up with the Sweet Cake framelits which are included in the Sweet Soiree product suite.  This product suite can be found in the Occasions catalog.

Tutti-Frutti Designer Series Paper

Fruit Basket, Tutti-Frutti designer series paper, StampinBJ.com

This Fruit Basket card features the Tutti-Frutti designer series paper stack from the Occasions catalog and the Tutti-Frutti product suite.  I love the designer series paper stacks and they are such a great value.  In these stacks, you get 48 sheets of 6″ x 6″ papers.  Four each of 12 different designs.  Such a great variety around a color scheme that you can use over and over again.

My Card Buffets are my most popular class and I do them every month.  Local customers come on over and make the cards I have prepared for them.  Online customers get the cards mailed to them along with the tutorials.  You can see the Card Buffet menu page here.  The menu for May will be posted later in April.
